This service is designed for smaller sites like local small business sites or brand new sites who are looking for speed optimization to help pass Google's Core Web Vitals metrics at a budget friendly price.

Typically customers purchasing this service either want to pass Google's Core Web Vitals or need to fix their slow website or have a brand new website that needs speed optimization applied to it.

Our focus with all our speed optimization services is passing Google Core Web Vitals metrics not the old style focus on speed scores or speed grades. Core Web Vitals speed metrics are the benchmark for site speed on the web today and are the speed metrics Google uses in its algorithm. With this service we include 3 months access to our Core Web Vitals Tracker software which provides detailed page-by-page level speed reports so we can determine exactly how your website is performing in the real world.

Implementation is typically done in a single day with communication done via email.

With this service changes are done directly to the live website. If you want changes deployed on a staging site first, need a detailed list of changes made or want to discuss changes in advance via a Zoom call our Site Speed Audit & Consulting Service is a probably a more appropriate option and better fit.

Licenses for all plugins we use (e.g. WP Rocket) in this service are included in the price.

• Provide the site details along with details on what you're looking to achieve.
• We'll need admin level logon access to WordPress as well as hosting access either via FTP or your hosting admin console.
• Submit the onboarding form

Speed Optimization Implementation

• We check logons to ensure we have all access we need before starting.
• We then take a full backup of your site before starting.
• We optimize your site according to our best practices checklist with over 100 action items.
• We deploy our core web vitals tracker software so speed can be measured and monitored on an ongoing basis.
• We review the data in our speed tracker 5 days later and deploy any additional changes needed to get pages to a passing grade.

Generally this service takes 2-7 business days depending on back and forth required. As part of this service we set you up with Cloudflare's free CDN service but you'll typically get a better result using their $5/mo APO service in addition to the base free plan.
